Lizzie (she/her) is an Australian Screendance artist from lutruwita/Tasmania, currently based in London, UK.
After graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne, she became interested in merging dance and film. She studied an MA Screendance at the London Contemporary Dance School in 2024, with support from Arts Tasmania.
Her practice is inspired by queer and feminist narratives in movement and screen art and hopes to continue exploring this within her practice in the future.

The MA Screendance course supported me to explore my artistic curiosities and take risks to support my filmic visions. Merging movement and film has always been an interest and passion of mine and being able to study Screendance for 12 months in London, within an incredibly supportive and educational environment, was such a dream. It allowed me to develop my creative and leadership skills through hands-on set and choreographic experiences as well as collaborate with amazing artists and creatives from all over the world.
