Khyle is a dance specific Strength and Conditioning coach focusing on the athletic development of dancers, performance enhancement, and late-stage rehabilitation from injury. He is also Dance Science lecturer, and a movement, dance, and performance specialist, working in contemporary dance and musical theatre, with a varied portfolio career.

Khyle started dancing in Hip-hop styles before training at Rambert school of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and going on to perform in and make contemporary dance theatre works over 14 years, and has worked on large and small scale dance and theatre productions internationally.

Khyle undertook his Masters in Dance Science at Trinity Laban where his research focus was on athletic development of contemporary dancers with a primary research area on developing maximal strength to support dance performance.

Since 2014 Khyle has been promoting and developing Strength and Conditioning within the professional dance community and in vocational dance training to support dancers to reach their performance goals alongside their technical dance practice
