Hannah George

Hannah is a freelance performer, teacher, rehearsal director and choreographer working across ballet, contemporary, and circus.
Hannah performs internationally and in the UK with Gandini Juggling in various works including LIFE: a love letter to Merce Cunningham, You Too Can Tutu (The Playground Tour/The Place), and Spring Awakening (United Strings of Europe).
As a rehearsal director, Hannah has worked with choreographers such as Gerrard Martin, Otis Carr, and Neus Gil Cortez on works at the Royal Opera House, Sadlers Wells, and Trinity Laban.
Hannah is passionate about teaching and creating an inclusive and inspiring environment for young people to develop as dancers and people. She has taught for many institutions including, Trinity Laban, The Place, Arts Ed, London Vocational Ballet School and Vyne Arts. Hannah has worked extensively with The National Youth Ballet and collaborated with Parable Dance delivering inclusive ballet classes and choreographic works.
As a choreographer, Hannah has created for dance films and stage including a recent solo for Spring Awakening with the United String of Europe and a duet for the National Youth Ballet's ‘All In!’ company, performed at Sadlers Wells. Hannah’s work is collaborative, expressive, and interdisciplinary.
