With an influential career spanning four decades, Darshan Singh Bhuller's choreographic and film oeuvre is known for its politically challenging and deeply personal narratives. Since his early career as a dancer with London Contemporary Dance Theatre, to collaborations with internationally acclaimed companies and artists such as Graham Dean, Rambert Dance Company, Shaolin Wheel of Life China, BBC TV, Companhia de Bailado Contemporaneo Portugal, Opening Ceremony Millennium Dome 2000, Robert Cohan and the late singer songwriter John Martyn among many others, Bhuller has broken barriers of style and content, receiving a Critic’s Circle National Dance Award in 2006 for his innovative work as the Artistic Director of Phoenix Dance Theatre. Bhuller continues to make relevant and timely work for a number of US and UK based dance companies and maintains a prolific mentoring practice at the world's leading institutions for dance.

Darshan is currently serving as a Co-Director of the Sir Robert Cohan Dance Legacy.
