We’re entering an exciting new chapter as we re-imagine our leadership structure. With an adaptive, agile model that supports our disabled and non-disabled Co-Directors, Rosie Heafford and Claire Summerfield, we’re looking for a Head of Resources to join our team.

Following our NPO status in 2023, we continue to quietly challenge the status quo, creating equitable, playful shared dance experiences for children and adults across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for someone who can help steer the organisation through a dynamic period of visioning and growth.
