Matsena Productions - Executive Producer

A key new role created thanks to support from Arts Council Wales via a Creative Steps grant. The Executive Producer will lead and provide support for strategic development and growth, with particular oversight to finance, timelines, partnerships, fundraising and creative and company growth.

Job Description:

The Executive Producer will be someone who can hit the ground running, have strong creative leadership and communication skills and a proactive approach. You will work closely alongside Anthony and Kel Matsena as Artistic Directors, and will line manage the new role of Studio Manager.
