General Manager - Clod Assemble

We are looking for a General Manager who is organised, proactive and positive to oversee the smooth running of Clod Ensemble. This role would suit someone who is keen to develop their skills in order to meet the needs of the job. We are happy to support the right candidate through mentoring and training. As well as overseeing the financial management, operations and HR of the company, the General Manager plays a key role as an anchor for the team, supporting successful planning and delivery of the company’s core purpose and mission.
