Job Description

This workshop offers time & space to delve into an embodied state to discover connections & movement potential stemming from your fingers and toes.

Knowing your body better creates a rich vocabulary of movement. Understanding your body better allows awareness of where your movement derives & why. The aim is to create awareness & knowledge so that you can permanently acquire a deep conversation between your “self” & your movement.

From a place of deepened awareness through experiential anatomy what follows is the discovery of a new sense of movement from these freshly inhabited spaces to find new connections: sensing how & why everything interacts, inhibits or encourages movement, thereby creating an enriched physical-movement vocabulary with time & space offered to sense, feel, move, draw, write, rest & share.

Viable for all movers with all their diversity of experience. All you need is a desire to investigate these areas, discover new connections & enhance your movement practice.
