Audition Call Out for new work by SAY

SAY are looking for dancers to join the creation and tour of their new show, produced by The Place. If you consider yourself to have ‘masc swagger’ - this is for you.

They are seeking charismatic female and non-binary identifying performers who are highly skilled in contemporary, commercial, floor work, have a strong sense of musicality and are comfortable with audience interaction.

They’re particularly interested in:

• Dancers that are 30+
• Commercial dancers who connect to the theme and have a high level of floor work
• Musical Theatre performers who connect to the theme and have a high level of dance

We’re also casting for a particular role and are interested in hearing from dancers who can sing/singers with a high level of dance and are comfortable engaging with an audience.

Photoshoot: 9 December 2026

Creation dates:
Week 1: 2 - 6 August
Week 2: 9 - 13 August
Week 3: 23 - 27 August
Week 4: 30 August - 3 September
Production Week: 6 - 11 September

Premier and Tour dates:
2 - 6 October
16 - 20 October
1 - 5 December
