About Introduction to dance and movement for health and wellbeing
This course is practical and experiential and is for anyone who wants to explore movement/dance to improve their health and wellbeing, to be more creative and express themselves.
It will offer opportunities to practice movement/dance to support your mental health and physical wellbeing through simple exercises in ways that will support each participant. No previous dance experience is required.

• Explore the gift movement/dance offers through a variety of gentle exercises and practices
• Explore how dance and movement can be used for self-care and self-regulation
This course is free for those who are referred by Kentish Town Health Centre GP’s. Please ask your GP for a code to book your free place.
