About Professional Class with Sarah Golding

Classes run Monday 17 to Friday 21 August 2026

Move with power, play with rhythm, and sharpen your craft with precision and flow

Sarah’s high-energy class is designed for professional dancers ready to push strength, control, and musicality.

Driven by a curated, rhythm-led playlist, you’ll begin with a full-body warm-up to activate focus and awareness. Expect demanding floorwork and dynamic sequences that build strength, flow, and precision, before moving into a longer phrase that challenges full-body coordination and rhythmic detail.

A rigorous, performance-driven class focused on clarity, power, and intention in every movement.
