About Contemporary Open Level for Over 60s with Natalie Dodd

This intensive will run from Monday 10 to Friday 14 August.

Build strength, freedom, and fearless expressions in every movement.

This class brings together the best of Cunningham technique (clarity, coordination, alignment) and Release technique (breath, fluidity, and ease), plus optional floorwork to expand your range and movement quality. Led by Natalie Dodd, you’ll move through clear, accessible phrases that build across the week, from focused exercises to longer, more dynamic sequences. There’s space to explore musicality, connection, and your own unique way of moving, while being guided and supported every step of the way.

Expect to be challenged, inspired, and leave each class feeling energised, open, and fully alive in your body. These classes are accompanied by a live musician.
