Capoeira Artist, Educator, Performer, Movement Artist
Ponciano Almeida (in capoeira “Poncianinho” meaning little Ponciano), is an international acclaimed Capoeira teacher based in London. He was born in a small town in Brasil called Guaratinguetá.
He started practicing Capoeira with his Father at their school in Brasil when he was four years old.
He is a regular lecturer at London Contemporary Dance School and has performed internationally as a movement artist and dancer across the stage, television and film.
