Lydia is a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) registered chartered physiotherapist having qualified from Brunel University, London in 2013. Lydia has worked in many different settings within the National Health System (NHS) and privately and now focuses her work on dancers and other performing artists. She has a passion for dance having participated recreationally since childhood and now teaches tap dance in local schools during her free time. Lydia also has training in Matwork Pilates which benefits her work in injury prevention and rehabilitation. She is currently working towards a masters degree in Performing Arts Medicine at University College London and is due to complete at the end of 2022.
