Come join us for the July edition of Dance Den Days! At Dance Den we are passionate about supporting freelance dancers to access healthcare advise, services and facilities as well as connecting and building a supportive community.

Dance Den Days offer a chance to come together with other freelance dance artists and to gain support, treatment, and dance-specific healthcare information. Our July edition will include:

1 hour dance science workshops
1 hour strength and conditioning workshop
15 minute Reiki treatment
45 minute small Group Pilates class
Networking
