The Blair Academy is recruiting volunteers to support our growth across three areas: Operations & Systems, Partnerships & Business Development, and Growth & Digital.

We're a social enterprise redefining movement in later life through joyful, culturally relevant dance. We reach hundreds of older people every week across London and Essex, and we're looking for passionate people to help us reach even more. Depending on your skills, you'll help improve our systems, build partnerships, identify new opportunities, create digital content or grow our online presence.You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO, develop your professional skills and make a meaningful difference to older people's lives.

Commitment: Ideally 4–6 hours per week. Flexible/hybrid, with London-based applicants preferred. These are voluntary roles, with reasonable expenses covered where agreed.
