Community Dance Practitioner - Older Adults Hip Hop

The Blair Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate and reliable Community Dance Practitioners across London and Essex! We use Hip Hop, music and movement to promote healthy, happy ageing, delivering joyful, inclusive sessions for older people in care homes, retirement communities, day centres and community settings.

The role:
Lead 45-minute dance and movement sessions, adapting activities to different abilities and mobility levels. Create a safe, welcoming environment, build meaningful connections and bring creativity, positivity and energy to every session.

We're looking for people who are:
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Warm, patient and compassionate
• Energetic, creative and inclusive
• Passionate about people and making a difference

Experience working with older adults or teaching Hip Hop is a bonus, not essential! We provide training in our teaching approach, session structure and working with older people.
