Screensaver Series (Family Performance and Workshop)
by J Neve Harrington
About Screensaver Series (Family Performance and Workshop)
…there is a playful uniformity to the dizzying aesthetic of Screensaver.
(Dance Art Journal)
A dance like a kaleidoscope with colourful costumes and constantly changing symmetrical moves. What kinds of patterns and images do you see: shapes, animals, plants? Can you work out what each dancer is doing? Screensaver Series can be viewed in multiple ways; moving, sitting, standing – as you move the shapes keep changing.
The performance includes an interactive workshop introducing symmetry through drawing, movement and dancing that follows on directly after the performance.About J Neve Harrington
