UK Dance Teachers Networking Day

Join us for a networking day at The Place in partnership with One Dance UK and Zoielogic Dance Theatre to get insights into where the dance sector is headed in the UK, engage with colleagues, and reflect on teaching practice within your particular setting.

This event is for school and college teachers, and youth group leaders who work with young people between 12-18 yrs.

The day will include a welcome lunch, dedicated networking time, presentations exploring national initiatives such as the Dance Manifesto and National Boys Dance Alliance, as well as curriculum review updates, and opportunities for discussion and reflection.

Together, we will explore ideas, approaches and practical takeaways that can be developed further within your own schools and communities.

Participants will also receive complimentary tickets to watch London Contemporary Dance School's Undergraduate Student Showcase in the evening, to see world-leading dance training in action.
