About Improvisation with Pepa Ubera

Classes start on Weds 18th Sep 2024 and run until Weds 4th December 2024 (excluding Weds 30th Oct due to half term)

Unleash your creativity and move with freedom.

We welcome people of all skill levels to this joyful, creative class where you can explore your own unique ways of moving with others in an accepting and open space.

Using somatic tools such as contact improvisation and moving with your eyes closed, you will gain awareness of your body in space, and its anatomy. Whether improvising solo or collaboratively you will learn about your bodies potential to engage with movement, musicality, imagination and composition. The live music by Sitarist Tommy Khosla will help inspire your movement throughout the class.
