About Contemporary Intermediate with Megan Griffiths

Classes start on Mon 16th September 2024 and run until Mon 2nd December 2024 (excluding Mon 28th October due to half term)

Find energy, vibrance and joy in dance.

In this class you will master a range of contemporary dance techniques – from Cunningham technique, to release and floorwork. Moving from back and legwork into more complex phrases, you will be encouraged to find enjoyment in the space you’re in. As the classes progress you will build confidence – perfect for any contemporary dancers with 3 or more years’ experience, looking to refine or explore new techniques with others.

This class will be accompanied by accomplished drummer Oliver Davies.
