Sharon gained a BA (Hons) in Jewellery Design from Middlesex University, where she became increasingly interested in movement, dance and costume. Sharon joined the Costume Department at The Place and was lead designer and maker for EDGE Dance Company, London Contemporary Dance Schoolspostgraduate touring company, where she worked with many choreographers including Hofesh Shechter, Maresa von Stockert and Johnathon Lunn. Sharon has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the Institute of Education and teaches design and associate skills across the Undergraduate course. In 2020 Sharon became the Year Group One Coordinator, overseeing the curriculum and delivery of the first year of the BA course.
