Observing and absorbing the forest. Based on an analogy between human diversity and the Atlantic Forest, the most diverse biome on the planet, I immersed myself in sensitive listening to its flora, in order to learn its dances and interconnections.

I danced daily with dense forests and reforestation, in a profound process of reflection and enchantment.

These learnings were shared and developed with a collective of diverse people, involving the entire scope of an artistic production to make up a dance show and its performance.

This research is underpinned by theoretical confluences based on indigenous Brazilians, quilombolas and authors from the global south which, together with this whole process, will be shared at this symposium.
