Ihsaan has danced with Richard Alston Dance Company, Candoco, Clod Ensemble, James Wilton Dance and Carte Blanche performing various works nationally and internationally. He has also worked in a freelance capacity on projects with artists including Trisha Okinawa, Renaud Wiser and James Cousins. Alongside performing he has had a consistent teaching practice, facilitating dance for young people on programs such as the The Place's CAT scheme, English National Ballet's Dance Journeys, and The Royal Ballets Primary Steps. He was also a contributor in developing the Creative Dance for Early Years as part of the Rambert Grades Syllabus.
