Frauke Requardt
Contemporary Dance Choreographer
Frauke Requardt is a German-born, London-based Director and Choreographer, whose work is characterised by physically challenging choreography, theatricality and overall sense of surrealism. She largely creates her own dance works, and she formerly performed with Lea Anderson’s Cholmondeleys. She has an ongoing collaboration with theatre maker David Rosenberg. As Requardt&Rosenberg, they create large-scale outdoor dance works. Her work often contains live music. She is an Associate Artist at both The Place and Greenwich Dance, and is currently writing her Masters dissertation in Existential Psychotherapy.
