About RESOLUTION 26: Ty Burrows, Maya Inniss and Aurora Casatori

Three people pose in a line before a white wall: one lifts a leg forward with arms outstretched, another bends sharply forward reaching down, and the third holds a leg back with one arm while raising the other as if scanning the distance.

Hold Me Closer

Memory isn’t just a fading recollection, it’s a lingering ache for what’s lost and can never be truly kept.

Between presence and absence lies a fragile line where reality blurs with imagination. We reach for what dissolves as we touch it, forms fading the instant they appear. We long for people and moments, sometimes for those who never existed, or feelings never fully lived.

What might have been, what never was, and what cannot be converge in the body’s movement. Within this space, memory and yearning take shape, revealing echoes of ephemeral experiences between what we have forgotten, and what never was.
