About GSB
Founded in 2017, GSB are a London based Krump creative collective, whose aim is to give an intimate insight into their individual lifestyles and environments. With Krump being such an expressive and personal style, GSB draw inspiration from their communities & peers with the hope of stimulating the minds of today by continuing to inspire and encourage us all to have a voice.

The piece follows 4 British-Ugandan grandchildren’s journey as they discover more about their late grandad's life, legacy and their culture, with the help of a mysterious Angel they are taken on an extraordinary and educational adventure. Using predominately hip hop and street dance styles as well as spoken word to explore Ugandan activism and the independence movement, also feelings of connection and disconnection to culture and heritage. Based on true events with a fictional twist the piece aims to shed light on the untold powerful stories of heroes from the diaspora, it will be joyful, enlightening and empowering.
About Jackie Kibuka
Jackie is a dancer, movement director, choreographer, teacher, actress with over 15 years experience in the UK street dance and Hip Hop theatre scene. An authentic and versatile mover in many styles including Waacking, Popping, Locking, House, Hip Hop, Contemporary & Commercial. She frequently trains at Runway House and have previously trained with Hip-Hop companies including Boadicea and ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company.

To Quell a Storm
To Quell a Storm is a solo transdisciplinary performance that weaves together personal narrative, cultural heritage, and embodied storytelling. Rooted in themes of memory, identity, and resilience, it explores the intersections of diasporic experience and collective healing. This piece evokes the internal and external forces that shape personal journeys of transformation through a combination of movement, spoken word, and immersive elements. The solo channels these seen and unseen tensions to create a visceral experience that invites audiences to reflect on their own stories of survival, heritage, and renewal. It is a journey through chaos and a meditation toward balance.

Keith Alexander is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice bridges choreography, film, and performance, exploring themes of identity, memory, and cultural heritage. With a deep intellectual and reflective approach, Alexander creates works that blend personal narrative with collective experience, offering a space for healing and transformation. With a focus on where tradition and innovation meet, Alexander weaves storytelling, movement, and immersive elements to craft emotionally resonant experiences. Alexander invites audiences into rich, introspective journeys through his art by centring African diasporic perspectives with a focus on embodied storytelling.
