Jemima Brown's journey to being an award-nominated dancer

News Story
Jemima Brown is a freelance dance artist and musician who graduated from London Contemporary Dance School in 2014. Jemima has built an established portfolio of contemporary and commercial work. Since graduating, Jemima has worked with a broad range of choreographers including Akram Khan, Shobhana Jeyasingh, Tom Dale, fellow LCDS alum James Cousins and Joss Arnott. Commercially, she has also worked with international pop artists Kylie Minogue, Paloma Faith and Ellie Goulding.
In 2020 Jemima was nominated for two National Dance Awards in 2020 in the categories of The Emerging Artist Award and Outstanding Female Modern Performance.
As well as working in dance, Jemima is a musician, singer and songwriter.
My training undoubtedly has played a huge part of where I am today - I continue to use everything I learnt whilst training in order to keep developing and growing as an artist.
