Job Description

The RISE: Associate Director Programme supports three artists to develop their leadership, choreography and teaching practice across five weeks at Impact Dance in central London.

Artists will shadow Artistic Director Hakeem Onibudo, deliver workshops, and create new work for young dancers. Includes mentoring, studio time and a £1,500 residency fee.

Eligibility:
✔️ 5+ years of youth dance experience
✔️ Strong choreography & teaching skills
✔️ Aspiration to lead youth dance organisations
