Eliott Meunier

Eliott Meunier trained at Paris Opera Ballet School and London Contemporary Dance School, where his focus shifted toward consciousness-based movement exploration. Now performing professionally while developing the Go Through method, he researches systematic approaches to improvisation that help movers access flow states and authentic expression. Drawing from somatic practices, conscious dance traditions, and intensive studio work, Eliott facilitates workshops and residencies internationally. His work serves therapists, dancers and non dancers seeking transformation through embodied therapy. He wrote the book "Go Through" about his approach.
Eliott is a graduate of the MA Dance: Performance programme at LCDS, where he was a member of Cohort 02. During the programme he worked with project leaders such as Dickson Mbi Company, Alexander Whitley Dance Company, Theo Clinkard, Steve Kirkham, Holly Blakey, Hannes Langolf, Seke Chimutengwende, Benjamin Jonsson, Rakesh Sukesh and Alleyne Dance under the course leadership of Tom English, Tina Afiyan Breiova and Dr Andrew Sanger, working closely with individual mentor Hannes Langolf.
