Calling all independent choreographers! Lead & Create is an industry-first initiative for independent choreographers like you – here to help enhance your creative process and become more empowered as a leader so that you can start bringing your best work to life.
Developed through consultations with more than 40 artists, and supported by The Place, Equity and One Dance UK, our 6-week course launching in October is designed to help enhance your creativity, collaborative processes and become a stronger, more mindful leader.
Neus Gil Cortés, founder of Lead & Create, has personally designed this course, combining 20 years of industry experience, extensive leadership training and a deep passion for helping choreographers to reach their full potential.
Course facilitators include leadership coach Isabel Mortimer, Equity Dance Official Lottie Stables, One Dance UK CEO Andrew Hurst, integrative health coach Charlie Brittain, conflict engagement specialist Dana Caspersen and choreographer and coach Vicki Igbokwe as well as Neus herself.
