Classes start on Tue 9 Jan 2024 and run until Tue 26 March 2024 (excluding Tue 13 Feb due to half term)
Develop your understanding of weight placement, alignment and Contemporary technique which you can incorporate into your daily life.
This playful contemporary dance class encourages open-mindedness, risk-taking and collaboration. Sarah will lead you in building strength, coordination and articulation, adjusting movement exercises where appropriate for different skill levels.
Accompanied by our beautiful live music by Andres Pascua, you will explore your own unique movement style, inspired by Cunningham, Release and Yoga, choreographic phrases and improvisation.
Questions are encouraged, and everyone to participate in the learning process. Whether you are returning to dance after a while or looking to try a new style – this is a fun and engaging way to keep your body moving and stay active.
