About Ballet Level 1/2

About the class

  • This class will help you develop your core strength and technique, and build on your existing ballet knowledge
  • The class comprises of a variety of exercises at the barre, warming up your muscles and giving your body time to investigate traditional ballet structures
  • During the class you will work towards creating complete movement phrases
  • This class aims to increase your physicality, performativity and musicality
Level information
  • Recommended if you have at least 6 months’ experience in ballet
  • Class will be delivered in an inclusive way and The Place welcomes queries around access needs
