Class information:

  • Recommended if you have about 1 year’s experience in movement practice
  • Each class starts with solo warm-ups, exploring a specific theme
  • Integrate basic movement patterns to create a common vocabulary
  • Building an understanding of alignment, space in and around the body, and movement opportunities in relation to self and others
  • Exploring various movement tasks both on your own and in smaller groups
  • We encourage you to get in touch with any access queries to ensure our classes are delivered in the most inclusive way possible
