About Ballet Level 1 with Julian Lewis

Class information:

  • Recommended if you have about 1 year’s experience in ballet
  • During the class you will learn a variety of exercises at the barre, warm up your muscles and focus your mind
  • Over the course you will build to longer allegro and traveling phrases
  • The classes aim to increase your muscular strength, balance, and stamina
  • The classes will be delivered in an inclusive way and The Place welcomes queries around access needs
